Control Panel

The JP502 is equipped with a proprietary operating system developed by Boosan’s engineering team. After years of continuous optimization, the system delivers a more intuitive user interface, improved operational stability, and enhanced machine performance. A built-in USB port located beneath the control panel allows users to conveniently import, export, and store a large number of knitting patterns using external storage devices.

Yarn Feeder

The yarn feeders are manufactured from specially engineered steel to ensure smooth yarn feeding while significantly reducing yarn breakage. The single-steel feeding system enables the production of a wide range of knitting patterns, including:

Shuttle System
