The JP-711 features a visual touchscreen control interface that displays the knitting process in real time, allowing operators to monitor machine performance with ease. Machine parameters can be adjusted quickly through the user-friendly interface. Knitting patterns can be imported, exported, and stored via USB, while the quick-edit function simplifies setup and operation, making the machine easy to use even for new operators. Enhanced safety doors and an emergency protection system provide a safer working environment.

Servo Motor System

The machine head and needle bed are driven by high-performance servo motors, enabling precise control and smooth operation. Machine parameters can be optimized according to different production requirements. The improved servo control system offers faster directional changes and more efficient machine head movement, delivering approximately 10% higher operating speed compared to previous-generation models.

New Safety Design

The JP-711 incorporates newly designed protective side covers and safety guards to improve operator protection while maintaining easy access for maintenance and daily operation.

Cam System

The JP-711 is equipped with an advanced 711 cam system, capable of producing standard full-jacquard and intarsia knitted fabrics with excellent precision. The machine features an 8-set solenoid needle selection system, ensuring accurate needle control, increased pattern flexibility, and consistent knitting quality across a wide variety of fabric designs.
